The new venture is the collaboration of two long-time friends and co-workers, Eva Peterson and Ashley Garrison, who have combined their considerable food service and small business knowledge with a passion to create and drive to help others. The effort aspires to provide a bubble tea experience for the whole Asheville community, delivering authentic, high quality Taiwanese-style drinks that perfectly compliment the ice cream shop with which it shares the space.
