1. Coffee Jelly Topping is made entirely at Pop from cold brew using PennyCup coffee beans.
2. It contains no preservatives.
3. It's vegan.
4. We created our own unique recipe.
5. It tastes both bitter and sweet.
6. Most importantly, it is a delicious addition in any bubble tea drink, especially milk tea.

Coffee jelly, once common in British and American cookbooks, gained popularity in Japan in the 1960s. In Japan it is called kohii zerii and is still a popular dessert there.
